@BethboHicks Thank you! So far so good - no major scratches or anything negative to say about the floor. It will scratch easily however, if you use a scratch concealer the scratches hide quite nicely - very hard to see them.
yessir. got the trim done yesterday. looks good but it highlights how bad the floor and walls are but it's not the worst I've seen. the stairs will have rug from edge to edge. confused on color though.
