This is actually a re-shot ending. The original ending which was not used, except for test screenings had young Jenna and Matt, played by different actors than what you see here, jumping up and down on a moon bounce, like you would see at a carnival, that her parents got her at the original beginning of the film. The released version eliminated the moon bounce from the story line. The young kids were recast for the released version.
