  • they really understand the word hip hop haha maybe they just want to perform tsk

  • fuck wada u g l y ahahahha

  • Toni = one of the judges of the competition = recorded the song Mickey = Fanny Pak doing the tribute.

Put two and two together idiot people.

    Fanny Pak rules.

  • Yeah. Quest Crew, JabbawockeeZ, 2nd Nature, PressPlay, and Joyce and the Boys are better then this crew. Even their other performances aren't that great.

  • What a shower of shite.

  • Hardly freaking hip hop...

  • @1hiturnan124 You realize break dancing came from America. Fucking retard.

  • mean chory

  • ...

  • This is a performance for high school musical. It has nothing to do with hip hop

  • one of my fav crews, particularly for their ENERGY. and they are always so clean!

  • baley?

  • Lol. Love this group!!!

  • they're like a whole bunch of cheerleaders to me.

  • @SENIFURR the song is Hey Mickey and it's a tribute to Toni Basil o_O put two and two together, it's SUPPOSED to be like that

  • @spacexhopper really could care less. it was the most boring thing ever.

  • @SENIFURR - the original music video had cheerleaders.

  • hi am sheyii pls any body want to chat u can easily reach me through this address......sheyii_sheyii@yahoo.com

  • that's not a performance for a HIP HOP(!!!) Competition for me... I wonder how they could get to the world championship...

  • @Tumea21 Read the description!! Geez!! They are NOT competing!!

  • @toeto5 best you mutter fucker

  • WTF

  • suckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk everything theyre doing ive seen

  • hmm, didnt really interest me tbh.. wanna see hip hop dancing check this out youtube.com/watch?v=Q8Nn3vIi3V8 justice crew for life xox

  • They're GREAT! But the ONE thing I absolutely love about FP amongst all of their other good traits are their formation changes!!!! I don't see a pattern to it, it happens every other second and I'm lovin' it =D

  • they are gays! right?

  • don't get me started on these SO CALLED hip hop crews...half of them wouldn't last two 8 counts on some fanny pak choreography...and i'll put money down that fanny pak would tear that shit to shreads..! I am a diehard FP fan..and i will always state defend Cara, Glenda, Tiffani, Matt, Phil, Megan, and Beau...! So, if yu plan to comment get your facts together...and acutally know something about dance. I'm done. #theend

  • well, i know this was added like 10 months ago but i read the IGNORANT comments..i felt the need to comment. FIRST OF ALL: you dumb fucks should read the fucking description which clearly says this was a Tribute to Tony Basil..and Second of all: fanny pak can give you hip hop, vogue, contemporary, jazzfunk, and lyrical. Third of all: Sexual orientation doessn't have SHIT to do with dancing. Bitch fanny pak well crump the fucking house down then turn around and shablaam and snap on ya'll ass.

  • that was kewl

  • Haha.. One of them hit it too late at 1:30.. But, still that happens! LOVE Fanny Pak!

  • Gosh, guys. This was a tribute to Toni Basil. They weren't even competing. You guys should find better reasons to bash on them. It was PURPOSELY cheerleader-esque, alright?

  • Cheerleading? Is this not a HIP HOP competition?

  • @blUdz18 They are not part of the competition. They where a just doing a tribute to one fo the judges.

  • @blUdz18 read description fisrt, guy!

  • haah? i fort its meant to be hiphop :/

  • @TinTiinq Didn't you see the locking and the voguing?? Or did you read the description? It was tribute to Toni Basil, the girl who sings that song, she was one of the judges!

  • bullshit

  • Loverly!

  • wat the f?

  • WHAT THE FUCK??! R U SHITTIN ME FANNY PACK?!!

geez wat a waste of tym! i really regret clickin on dis lame ass vdo!

  • This is such an adorable performance.

    XD

    I love it!

  • not rili hip hop... but they dance great! their moves are so sharp

  • even if its a guest performance... that was ridiculous...

  • read the discription: its a guest preformance :)

  • gay gay and gay!!!!!!!!

  • Why the hell is everyone so concerned whether it's all hip hop or not? It's a tribute to Toni Basil, not a competition piece.

and there IS hip-hop in it. Sheesh.

  • could.. not.. watch this..

  • hip hop? WTF!!! xD

  • this was wack

  • i love how ignorant everyone is and skip the fact their performance was a Tribute rather a piece for the competition...... ~_~

  • @foxracing808 lol.

  • @foxracing808 coz people are so lazy too read or they can't read..

so a friendly reminder; read before u leave your comments.. so u dont sound like fart making no sense... lol..

  • this just reminds me of a cheer routine

  • but this is not hip hop :-/

  • it is

  • i have to agree

  • hell half the crews were dancing to house, trance, & even drum & bass....

  • i was so freaking pissed when they lost ABDC

  • Wrongfully came in 3rd in ABDC.. they had THE BEST choreo during Missy's challenge.. they should have been safe into the top 2..

  • @qzpmystik They had the best choreo on that stage period..

  • always so clean, ALWAYS

  • The reason its all cheerleaderish is because of Tony Basil, since they're going to do a tribute to her of course they're going to use cheerleader personas.

From what I see they're using Cheering, Jazz Funk, Contemp-Hop, Locking, Voguing, Ballet.

  • That was fun.

But I got the "Cheerleader" Vibe from them, not so much Hip hop.

  • They're not competing. It was a guest performance as a tribute to Toni Basil, which is why they made it so cheerleader-like.

  • what the hell was that? are they competing?

  • what is this?

  • hey look at it this way Fanny Pak's genre is 80's and this song is 80's and they have the skills to pull of a tribute proper to this song. Why do they immediately have to compete they as a group have little they need to prove. To me it struck me from the start that this is almost a showcase dance than a competition dance, they look from the start like they are paying tribute so don't read too much into where they are or what venue they are at. Thanks

  • This number wasn't suppose to be competitive but a tribute to Toni Basil who just recently passed away...

Try crumpin' or breakdancing to this, it'll look like shit!

Besides, this guest crew have already competed in another contest and nearly won! They don't have to prove themselves to this kind of competition.

Obviously, they're more to the contemporary/Modern Jazz style incorporated with hip hop.

  • ............??

  • Ummmm...what the fuck was that shit?

  • they were a guest crew, i don't think they were competing lol

either way i liked it, it was a fun routine to watch haha

  • gay! tht's not hip hop

    shiT!

  • @zonk09

Its a comedy. But they came 3rd in the abdc compitition.

  • OMG i soo agree with you guyss

    this was not that good..

    sorealll cruuu wassss way beterrrr

  • in a way, though so real practically gave up when they went krumping vs smooth moves like they were originally good at. though in this competition, They didnt do so hot

  • THAT WAS WHACK!! omg do they know that this was the WORLD hip hop championship??

  • Descriptions are hard to read, right? This is a guest crew. That was a tribute performance. Seriously, people.

  • @TheColourEight LMAO.... love how u also know how to read unlike most on here

  • Its amazing, truely amazing; Reading descriptions is too time consuming obviously.

&Either way, if these people knew anything about hip-hop that wasnt based off of ABDC/Youtube, they'd know that it is hip hop.

  • haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa come on you guys is this a joke?????????

  • @brianianday If Thats A Challange Then Bring It!

  • Creamed Mi Pantiez !!!

  • Fanny Pak is so great because the can make me laugh and entertain me at the same time.FAnNY PAK RULES!!!!

  • yeah, im 2toy ungasin

  • I don't think you guys realize this is a tribute to TONI BASIL...aka MICKEY.....

  • hahahaha.....no comment bwhaahhahahaha...nyahahahahaha.... ahihihihihihi

  • damns WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED THERE SHIT SHIT SHIT!!!

  • umm no. stop spamming and instead, you should bend down onto your knees and suck my big black hairy curved 13 inch gonorhea infested dick you bitch ass motherfucker, ya dig!!!

  • wtf??? shitty dance.

  • Wat da fuk!!!!!

  • No wonder why they didn't come anywhere...

  • Is this a joke? o.O

  • Read the description and you'll see why its not a joke.

  • is this hip hop ?

  • Dude their on point!, Fanny pak is dope....

  • OMG THEY ARE DO FRIGGEN GOOD> BUT IDK WHAT HAPPENED HERE. :(

I mean they are so sososososo good but this choreo isn;t as great as the the other :(

  • it's original ,, Yeah it's good

  • awesome...but where's hiphop?

  • Don't let the music fool you. It's hip-hop. Quite a few prime examples of different techniques in there.

  • Its hip-hop. Femine hip-hop, but hip-hop. Its also a tribute to Toni Basil's song, not a competitive piece.

  • that's just mean!!! you don't have to call them names cuz you hate gay people. it's shouldn't matter what they do in life it's the fact that they are doing what they really want to do.

  • Looks like Beau may have messed up on the fall xD

  • I love fannypak (:

    Awesome cheerleading too.

Pretty sad how some actual cheerleaders can't even jump like that.

  • Oh man, they stepped it up for this performance! Awesome.

Is this what they competed with?/Did they compete?

  • there good at dancing but i dont like thier actual dance?

  • dont tell me they competing with this? or is this just an intermission number

  • y your group called fanny pak?

  • coz they're style is influenced by the 80's and fanny paks were realy popular in the 80's

Or maybe they are just a pack of kids who have fannies :)

  • OMG what the f*8 is this

  • so sad

  • what slickchap said

  • if hiphop dancing (keyword-dancing) is a style or swagger..you put behind the move(s) its roots are limited because it's constantly being reinvented as we wee with krumping, clowning, housing etc..so all fanny pak is doing is taking hiphop moves and rhythm and adding fanny pak swagger which is gay 80's lol no disrespect jus sayin its how you portray what a move should look like..so Its hiphop jus a fruity version lol can't deny theyre good though that's for sure..

  • first of all it's called "Waacking"

And No it doesnt mean that you're gay when you do this

Or Vogueing seems Gay to people just cause its feminine !

But the Male choreographers can do it better cause they know exactly what a girl wants (:

I Do waacking / vogueing and im not gay (:

sry for my bad english :D

    god bless

  • i don't think that was hip hop

  • For the most part, this is hip hop dancing. Don't let the music fool you. And another point, they're just guest performers. They're not actually competing. This is a tribute to Toni Basil, the person who practically did "Hey Mickey". Don't try to act all smart.

  • WTF

    gay

  • i really like fanny pak... but eh, i think this performance was a little too pep rally

  • Omg you're so right. Next time they should krump to "Hey Mickey". Wtf idiot.

  • hip hop ??

    ehm

    cheerleading !! haha

  • Oh my good! So bullshit.

  • was this supposed to be funny?

  • can't stop smiling! :-)

  • I love this song, and really love this dance. The best crew ever in my opinion = FP. Much love.

  • it really irritates me when i look and see that people be hating on fanny pak, they know how to work it and put on a tribute. so glad this performance was for the pioneers of lockin... it's like my favorite style right now man... anyway, if you don't like fanny pak, why do you people be watchin' them? where is the respect and the love that fanny pak deserves? young generation don't know how to criticize right forreal... i loved this performance btw. FANNY PAK!

  • word up. But to be honest in abdc they showed more hip hop. and this seemed a lil like a high school pp rally. Just an opinion. This IS a hip hop competition and i personally dont think they showed too much hip hop. Respect to them tho.

  • true to that this is a hip hop competition... but if you actually study and read the roots of hip hop, hip hop has many styles incorporated like modern ballet, jazz, funk styles like poppin and lockin, housin, krumping, and a bunch of other styles. the young generation fail to realize how hip hop is not a root itself but has many roots of dance of its own. so technically you can dance any particular style as long as it "pleases" the audience... i feel that fanny pak did good overall though

  • So true. When I first started taking hip hop classes, the teacher taught us some ballet, and jazz. At first I was a little confused, but once we got to hip hop, I saw how they really did branch off into a new style of dance.

  • other than all these true things that's been said... the thing that just irritates me the most is that a lot of youngins around my age like 15 or like 16... they all fail to recognize and understand the true roots of what the dance is about. its not always about that swag or the tricks... its more about the expression and how well the dance is executed along with a concept of its own. dance is not just a display of movement, but an amazing, dope way to express yourself. fanny pak are artists man

  • They did this performance as a tribute. That's why.

  • SHABLAAM AT 1:26 haha

  • Read the description, Toni Basil, pioneer of locking, producer/choreographer of "The Lockers" and one of the reasons you see locking as big as it is now today, recorded the song. They used to it as a tribute to her.

And they're gay, doesn't sting much if it's true.

  • so wheres the locking in the preformance. i dont lock so really im curious im not trying to be sarcastic.

  • they did whacking

  • Like others have said, Fanny Paks style of dance would be considered modern hip hop. They incorperated whacking, which is a type of locking.

The main thing they dedicated was the song, but I can see where youre coming from with the "Hip Hop Competition" thing.

  • It was quick, but the whacking was 1:10-1:14. A -very- quick, but good, example of it.

  • learn something new everyday. haha I'm a popper and im still learning... the dance and the history.

  • now if my school had this kind of cheer choreo, i would be happy with my school but it doesnt so guess how my mood is..

  • They are very clean

  • How can you be a FP fan and know nothing of the 80's?!!!!! O_o Most the people commenting negatively on this don't even know who Tony Basil is, so ii guess cut 'em some slack for their ignorance. Then again, ya'll really should read descrips before commenting.

  • they didnt win

  • It's just suppose to be a fun tribute people. Lighten up. And have you ever seen the video "Hey Mickey"? You obviously haven't if you're leaving stupid comments....God.

  • They are truly amazing but to me it wasn't their greatest

  • fanny pak is the best!!! I remember them in america's best dance crew season 2, they had the best performance when they left....for those who are asking if they are competing this was just a tribute to tony basil!!! and this is just a guest performance...

    FANNY PAK ROCKS!!!

  • well of course they look like cheerleaders because that what this song is all about.....love fanny pak!!!!!
