What do I do if after having submitted all my paperwork two months ago and I now have notice of the foreclosure auction? I still have equity. Do you think they are delaying because they actually want my house to make a quick profit?
I actually talked to Jack and not only did he give me free advice but he also said if I wanted to do loan modifications for others he would show me how and make a decent living at the same time.
Very useful information, I contacted my lender and they told me exactly what this guy said. It does take a long time though his fees are lower than most with a 100% guarantee.

This guy isn't correct and he doesn't tell you anything that you can't get from your lender. This is just a commercial for his high priced service!
