The point I wish to make is that the first law of thermodynamics doesn't apply to the bio-electric impulses (neurons) active in the human body. Thermodynaics for example deals with heat and cold energy, raditian, convection (NOT neurons).

I like P&T, for the comedic effect. I think this show is extremely biased as it takes people who they refer to as "morons" and MAKE them look like idiot's, by editing their interviews or getting money crazed crackpots on, (which exist on either side).
There is no argument on either side, its just facts.
P&T base there idea's on logic, but the first rule about logic is that it does not exist, as there are different laws in different parts of the universe.

Dr. Frank Wilczek's work needs more attention. I say this because many paranormal "theories" misaply the first law of thermodynamics which states that energy cannot be destroyed but changes from one state to another.
The point I wish to make is that the first law of thermodynamics doesn't apply to the bio-electric impulses (neurons) active in the human body. Thermodynaics for example deals with heat and cold energy, raditian, convection (NOT neurons).

Hi naard, when it comes to "energy" not being destroyed we are talking about the first law of thermodynamics, yes. Therefore, we are talking about the transference of energy from hot to cold and cold to hot etc. However, Dr. Frank Wilczek's research examines bio-electric impulses called neurons, and these impulses do not change from one state to another according to his work, but cease to exist. I don't believe decomposition plays a role in how neurons cease to exist, but maybe?

Big Bang THEORY, the String THEORY, Relativity THEORY, the Wave THEORY.etc. All these theories and more are all created by scientists. We live in a world shaped by theories.They talk about the universe, dark matter & dark energy, parallel worlds, dimensions..etc but they cant even prove 2 themselves this stuff exists! Where is the proof that their theories are anymore valid than the theories of the paranormal? Theory this, theory that! That is all they know!

You say scientists 'invented' numbers as though there is some degree of malicious intent... Numbers are merely a way of representing things in the world, and they don't lie. If you can think of a better representative system that is truer than mathematics, I think you'll be a shoe-in for the next nobel prize.

I am not against numbers when it comes to conventional science, but when it comes to such theories as parallel worlds hey they might as well say god exists, & if people claiming there is a spirit world that co-exists with this world why is that hard to comprehend, but scientists believe in dimensions that we can't see

I'm not a physicist, therefore the means and equations that physicists have used to reach the conclusion of parallel universes is completely out of my realm of understanding, leaving me unable to challenge it. If they were just making shit up though, someone would have 'invented' a theory unifying relativity and quantum mechanics, that would get them way more cred than 'string theory'.

But you keep saying 'just a theory', are you implying that these are guesses? Theory = gravity, evolution, germ theory of disease, plate tectonics, quantum mechanics. The term is used slightly differently between disciplines of science (e.g. biology vs physics), but it never, ever means guess or assumption.
