So many times people are well meaning but go about things in a way that will totally never get them to where they want to be..
I always believe in coming with an "open hand". Instead of attempting to have someone give you a job, do something that might benefit that person first...find out their likes, interests and desires...then send them something...make it memorable and put a note in there that you are interested in the position you are seeking...
