Lol no. There are Vocaloid 3 Vocaloids in English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish so far. There apparently will be ones in Chinese at some point. Only Seeu even HAS a Korean voice-bank and she also has a Japanese one.

Miku English took them nearly a year to record and only recently finished, they missed the Vocaloid 2 deadline because of it. They weren't sure originally if the voicebanks were going to be V2 or V3. Their Vocaloid 3. Crypton also confirmed their not updating the Vocaloid 2 range. That doesn't count new additions such as the english voicebanks though, just the orgiainls.

he's supposed to be a monster, like other powerfx vocaloids. i think he has a chance to become very popular in england and/or america.
