I was 15 when I discovered Riot Grrrl and I still find it so liberating. I like the idea of starting a movement but I feel so divided by other variables; it's hard to find even 1 other person at my school who likes punk, let alone who would ever declare themselves feminists. Northern Ontario, Canada is pretty shitty for a music scene.
But having said that, you should message me : ) I wanna communicate with sisters who share the same ideals and passion for the movement.
