The host in this segment is very condescending in his words and actions. Snickering and laughing. The object was not coming out of the mans behind and why the adjective "birdlike men". It was inappropriate. It was attached to the the fixture on his back. I also did not like his suggestion that he was surprised the tribe members could be gentle as if they were animals. VERY RUDE!

Have you watched this series? They are a tribe of cannibals. The host was worried that Ruben was going to be killed and eaten in this episode.
