  • the best food for cutting up and fat loss is wild salmon.

just eat wild salmon for a week and then see how you feel and look, its amazing!

  • Oh, yikes, another guy video!

  • I hardly eat anything..If I do eat..:/ it's a burger..I have skinny arms but a stomach ( not so fat but it's just there if that makes sence )..I really don't know much on good food and I'm searching and it's hard to find the fakes from goods when the info seems legit..I wanna lose my obliques..if u could help that'd be very appreciated. I loved the vid! Hopefully that isn't a difficult question..

  • @guitaremotionx well burgers are high in calorie, so even if u don't think u eat much,u might actually be consuming more than u think. I always that skinny ppl always say they eat a lot but don't gain weight. And PPl with belly always say they eat little but they have a belly. I think the reality is, skinny ppl don't eat as much but think they eat a lot, and ppl with belly think they eat a lil but is actually eating a lot! U must change from burgers to natural food to get rid of belly!

  • YOU MACHINE

  • Is your protein synthesis lengthened if you consume Casein Protein as opposed to Whey? what about a mix?

  • Well when I speak of protein synthesis I'm talking about leucine. Studies have shown that when casein protein is ingested you will be anabolic for longer. That being said, whey protein is higher in leucine. So to answer your question, yes.

  • Carbs aren't the enemy unless they are consume in high amounts and not paired with equal amounts of energy expenditure. Sure, if they are consumed in high amounts then they are terrible for us but in a controlled environment and if paired with that days activity, they aren't going to harm us or make us fat.

  • First, did you not mean to say that people are not getting enough Carbs? Because that is backwards.

Most of America is is sedentary and don't need 90% of the carbs they eat daily. You're right about stacking carbs before/after exercising though but even then people go overboard and overestimate how much they really need.

If the goal is aesthetics then you don't need nearly as many carbs as you think. But obviously those are harder diets to stick to which mean nothing in the long-run.

  • theXframe, carbs are a great booster when working out, thats a simple fact - people try to get caught up in the day's fadover and over, next year, carbs will be considered god again - and 5 years later everyone will afraid of them - its depend on the most recent popular 'POP FITNESS" trends mor than the science

  • barbwantsaboy is right. when you really get down to the basics - past the newest fad, carbs are the best way to prep for workout - u burn those carbs and keep muscle building for protein instead of burning that

    great video jimmy

  • Where did I say anywhere that carbs aren't a good macronutrient before or after a workout? You're putting words into my mouth.

Both of you two here above me need to understand, however, that this video is about a fat-loss diet. Not a diet to improve performance in a sport or gym, powerlifting, etc. For fat-loss, the lowest amount of carbs daily is ideal, coupled with refeed days.

This is not a fad, this is science. You also don't NEED carbs pre-WO to get great energy, another misconception.
