Well if he's saying he's gonna release track by track for free, then yeah Kanye already did that. But if he's gonna release each track separately, for sale on iTunes, like let out a new track every month or two, then thats a different story. I actually thought about doing that myself, it makes sense money wise, if you can make a couple hundred thousand per track.
