Most commercial heli pilots just aren't impressed with this because it's the kind of thing any experienced driver could do if they had the time to waste practicing this junk. In fact most working pilots would get fired if their boss saw them doing this. Not to take away from his obvious skill at what he id doing though, but I sure hope his students don't emulate.

Compare it to a hockey player and figure skater, one skates to get the job done, and one prances around on ice to impress crowds

non pilots (to include most fixed wing pilots) wont understand how skilled this pilot actually is. Note which direction he choses to yaw on various maneuvers so he doen'st run out of peddle. Many can't simply hover as smooth as he! Excellent vid hands down!!

Dennis Kenyon is an absolute genius and an inspiration to anybody envolved or interested in helicopter aviation. As for the comments about the 300 being unimpressive to watch and fly - well you're just not doing it right my friend!! If this is so unimpressive lets see you fly the same routine.....
