I don't know much about National Socialism, nor feel drawn towards it; but out of honest interest in trying to uncover what these people 'actually' believed I sought to find one actual National Socialist document that suggested that the NS believed they were a 'superior' or 'master' race... I found none. Now I don't for one moment think I have been lied to so I expect that many people can provide a plethora of links to such NS documents.

No, nuclear weapons guarantee a country against conquest, but they do not give it carte blanche to launch wars of aggression (at least not when the target is also armed with nuclear weapons). Pakistan made that mistake in the late '90s, but pulled out when India responded in force.
