According to the Better Bureau of Business, those complaints that use profanity gets ignored. I worry about the future of our society how we have eroded into self entitlement, inconsideration, and lack of tact.

Did you use profanity at the Delta representatives? Basic self defense training for law enforcement trains rookies of potential situations when an angry person uses harsh profanities that they are ready to engage in physical confrontation. Thus, your verbal abuse was threatening to them that they felt the need for back up of the law. Its okay to vocalize your concerns about the delayed flight but HAVE MANNERS AND BE CIVIL! How would you like if some one was using F-bombs at you?

that dumb tramp you guys were very smart for recording as proof that you weren't being nasty with her. they cant throw you out for asking a rep. a question don't be afraid of cops if you know your rights and the laws behind them and you didn't break any of them then they cant touch you.

This is what we have devolved into, intimidation by airlines and the members of the police state. You no longer can expect what you pay for and if you complain the gestapo will threaten you with arrest. Same situation for me with AA at JFK, didn't raise my voice once. Complaints will get you "escorted" out of the airport. VA and JetBlue are infinitely better than the other US carriers but none are concerned about the customer. I drive if the distance is 500 miles or less. Screw the airlines!
