Graffiti can't ever be legal, it would lose that pop that fizzle if it was. I don't think a lot of us would continue if it was legal. Then there would be those who'd take it to far. On people's house instead of abandoned buildings. People don't see was other people see it's that simple, fear what you can't grab. Cheers! that is entirely corrent, in my humble opinion, Clerkz. Apart from the fact that this being "ABLE" to happen is a stunning commentary to the rest of the world about how Americans allow their children to behave, is the fact that these legalese speaking arseholes like to over-react to the nth degree.
