  • er, no. season afterwards, use olive oil, baste with butter, some garlic too.

  • You can always do raw fried potatoes, mashes potatoes, potatoe sallad, a type of sallad (i'd do a radish sallad) or baked potatoes. I hope that helps :)

  • any ideas what to serve the steak with? i was thinking pasta? but then that would be alittle wierd then maybe patatoes? i dont know :)

  • @ElchinMendes i like to cook a good ribeye medium rare and serve it with egg noodles with some olive oil and soya sauce with like some seasoning on ur steak like a steak rub

  • i really understand this .But in your last issue you wrote about not eating wild beavers. And my dear hunting friend . i could not agree more with you. AS you see all the recipies were put out pre world war II to throw off some troups into eating them. This was so bad that the prez @ the time orderd all fur trapers to the white houes on the dangerous of eating The Tail of a beavr. So please stop showing how to bar-B-Que beaver Tail. ( it will not work). Its a joke

  • Aint nothing like a good steak and i agree with RTgrl cast iron is a good way of cooking steaks too

  • Riged skillets are for suckers - cast iron frying pans are the way to go. You get a nice outer crust of brown deliciousness.

    Also, there was way too much "seasoning" on those steaks. It all fell off revealing cooked, but not deliciously brown meat. A waste of spice, and a waste of steak.

    Thirdly, oil promotes browning (which, as stated earlier is delicious), a little rubbed on the steak ahead of time will do wonders if you don't have a cut with very good marbling. :T

  • Every vegan or vegetarian I know look unhealthy. Meat eaten sparingly is how we should eat.

  • vegeterians tend to be fatter, as they compensate by eating more fatty foods and carb laden foods.

  • @gnuworldorder no humans were actually vegetarians in the beginning. we started copying animals and now we're omnivores.

Nutrients found in red meat help ward off lung disease. Certain phytochemicals from plants also have health benefits. This means a well-balanced diet is best. And that includes a diet rich with red meat. Therefore, eat a weiner whiner!
