Nonsense. Any general mem-hacking cheat engine will work on IWBTG, most notably Cheat Engine.

That said, I don't see anywhere there's actually more than four bullets on the screen at a time, so to pull that off you must have some epic reflexes or a macro controller device.

The Kid is tiny. The Guy isn't THAT big, and Dracula and Mother Brain haven't changed size from their original games. The rest of them are just huge to emphasize that you would have to be The Guy himself to lead a "weakling" like The Kid to defeat even one of them, let alone ALL of them.
