Gameloft, I am not able to play the game on my Galaxy5. Can I do something about it?

It downloads the game. But when I play it there are some colors, a lot of Black and White. And the control button arent on screen. The small map in the topleft corner is a bit big on my screen. (I had the same problems with Crusade of Destiny of Dvide Arts, they were able to solve it, I hope Gameloft too ;p)
