Amazing..I remember seeing this on TV when it happened. Under the IJS, it would be given full credit for rotation (4Lz) but the value would be reduced slightly because of the touch down of the free foot.
Officials are so wishy washy in what they count. They have counted three turns after jumps and short landings as credible. I am not saying they should count this, but I am saying they should be more consistent.

No, it should not have...it was a two-footed landing. The attempt was great, but unless you land it clean it shouldn't count.
