No, this wah is not true bypass, and it has quite a poor bypass at that.... Sucks tone like a vacuum. I put mine in a true bypass loop all the time. It sucks to lose the convenience of not having to hit a switch to turn this on, but it's worth saving your tone imo. Nice demo though.
Heey sammy. The most important thing imho is the trebleness of the output of your bass. Play near the bridge for more twang. With more high in your sound the wah will react much more interactiv. The q is rolled all the way open and the volume is corresponding to the volume of my amplifier.

Nice jaguar bass. Kinda hoped to hear a bit more of an aggressive edge when I saw the jag but it was good. Love the Dunlop Wah. Nice work

@routsubasa Thanks, I got rid of mine. I now have an old Ibanez WH10 with the bass switch. It's much edgier! I'll post a vid of it in the near future
