  • its easy to sense a fuckin sociopath. ppl who try to act like theyre your friend and they try to make you their bitch. they dont give fuck about you hardly has any care in the world. they get bored very easily. the steal hurt ppl with no remorse and to the point liking. Casey Anthoy=Classic Sociopath. killed her baby girl ad then went out club hopping every night and went thru life and didnt care she murdered her own flesh and blood=Fucking Sociopath

  • what is then one called where youre overly dramatic, extremely self centered, relationships are preceived to be more serious then they are, innapropriate dressing/beavior,ect...Not narcassitic its different.

  • @IHMAIWTD69 histrionic maybe?

  • In a nut shell, ASPD is the ideal personality of American CointelPro Peprs, right?

  • 3:14 lol phat ass

  • stupid photos.. bunch of fat ulgy people.. poor comparison.. looks like u don't even know wat ur talking about.. u just keep talking blablabla... looked up this shit on google

  • jon ronson

  • 4:06 lmao

  • Fucking damn it, now i know why im anti-social i was beat everyday and grounded, oh well im going to better place now

  • @angelface794 you're going to......hawaii?

  • @tomcornhole hell

  • @angelface794 there is no heLL. hell is your guilt programming. repeat: there is no heLL, but there are hollow parts of the earth inhabited by strange creatures

  • @tomcornhole i hope not.... i hope my soul disappears

  • @angelface794 can i help you with anything, sonny? i'm wise/

  • i can't keep friends, i can't socialize,it shows in how people treat me.... but you think i should get help? what the fuck is going to help me besides killing myself? you cant give me a new brain, so what could possibly help me?

  • @AntiVenomFangX Some psychologists or psychiatrists are pretty good. I'd seek advice there. Maybe things aren't as bad as you think or easier to improve than you think?Cheers!

  • @winterstellar

i used to say the same thing to myself.

  • @AntiVenomFangX You have to try dude, it might seem hopeless but you'd be suprised what little things can do to your brain. Your mind is fickle even if you've been born with certain genetics or have learned a certain behavior over the years you can change by forcing yourself to be what you want to be.

I just wanted to let you know that it's possible, keep doing what makes you uncomforatable. Fail a lot it doesn't matter because you will make progress.

  • The reason the cut-off point is 18 is because adolescents are often self-centered and badly behaved. I think the psych community is reluctant to diagnose personality disorders at that age because they don't want to risk not only the stigmatization of their patients but a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy.

Just wondering: you listed several subtypes of ASPD at the onset, but then focused strictly on sociopathy and psychopathy. It seems a little sensationalized.

  • who the hell does this guy think he is to state that anyone needs any treatment

  • Dude is talking too fast...

  • Never write your slide speech on the slides like subtitles. We have ears.

  • Lexi TaylorGangOrDie18 !

  • Psychopaths are very dangerous. This is why we need to hunt down and kill every single one of them.

  • @ShawnD1 I hate to say this because I dont condone murder but I kind of agree with you when it comes to sociopaths. How else can you protect yourself against a monster?

  • This psychology stuff is just a myth.

  • @Leatherbubba all psychology is a myth? I don't think so, buddy. if that were true, catching serial killers would be luck of the draw.

  • @Sakura06Chan How dare you defy me?

  • This was a very good psych presentation. VERY INFORMATIVE!! I enjoyed working in psych & psych rotations.

The psychiatric community uses nurses in advanced roles all-the-time & I am all for it! I feel psychiatric nurses that are members of the association deserve to be recognised in this role.

Community Psychiatric Nurses provide the backbone of care in rural areas & work hand-in-hand with pracititioners.

The USA should assist CPN's & psych nurses in repaying student loans!

  • i have become what i despise

  • @1787dude Another wannabe psychopath faggot

  • @vipmousasi actually i do have mild psychopath episodes which i keep under control so u can go fuck yourself

  • @1787dude You cant have a psychopath episode you fucking pinhead. Its a pattern starting from the age of 15.You mean psychotic.

  • @vipmousasi you can drop the pattern and still have problems with it, theyre are varying degrees of psychopaths and sociopaths everywhere, just because they arent bad enough to completely fit in with the set criterium doesnt mean that they arent complete antisocial cases, i think this should be treated more as a mental illness. this problem is more spiritual and psychological than one would think, the diagnoseses are just material evidence of a serious problem in the soul.

  • Anti social personality, only is determined and read through behaviour rather than mental/emotional make up. It isn't the same as psychopathy.

  • marker magic. Where did you get your pictures?

  • God, I love being a sociopath. Having emotion while doing hospice care as a CNA? Why, I'm bound to kill someone that way. mmmmmmmmm BWAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA

  • so what makes sum1 a sociopath?

  • so... the mcdonalds triad is slowy reshaping my to a pool of sociopathic jizz

  • Lindsey Lohan is a trauma based mind control slave

  • what do u do if your under the rule of say

    PSYCHIATRISTS WHO ARE SOCIOPATHIC

    harold shipman

    or

    george hodel

how can u debate with one?

like when they have no conscience about murder?

    but everyone kisses their ass?

  • lol in ways its a gift to be a sociopath and for those of us who know how to use our " disorder " we are a part of a unique group of puppet masters its just the fuck ups and criminals who give us a bad name

  • do u think the percentage is much higher?

or am i dealing with an indifferent and apathetic public?

  • it is a small percentage but like myself alot of us aren't that apathetic we show emotions to make what we say more believable.

  • u r seriously a sociopath?

  • Yeah, probably closer to 10% of the population

  • Oh Hell Yeah!!!! I could swear that about thirty percent of the people (Males) that I've known in My life time have definitely shown many of these traits and I'd say about fifteen percent of the females, but My parent had their own problems and seemed to attract these people..

  • ....I had a nick name for My parental unit...... "FLYPAPER FOR PSYCHOS".......It wasn't until I was 28 when I learned that the crap that I grew up in isn't actually considered normal or "Average". I wish some one had told Me this sooner, I'd be less paranoid.

  • @skinnyman1423

A new forum for people with APD:

  • Ya, I'm antisocial, but I do not attack others unless provoked. Might I be a Vulcan?

  • I hope your life sucks fag

  • Where can i find the complete text of this movie?

  • hahahha yea and his father also...as a mather of fact i think i need all of them...muahahahahaha

  • i've been discovered with BPD AND APD AND NPD AND HISTRIONIC AND DELUSION DISORDER AND THE REST OF THEM AT THE AGE OF 14 AND NOW IM 24, STILL LIVING IN THIS HELL TRYIN' EVERYDAY TO ESCAPE BUT I CAN'T...SO CONFUSED AND OBSESSED ABOUT THE DAY I'LL DIE...

  • you need Jesus Christ

  • Hi there...How is everyone?

  • You were lucky I spent 17 in and out a relationship with a sociopath!

  • wooooow... so malignant self love is a sign of mental disease? reminds me of so many whores.. i think at least 80% of people can be considered anti-social by the definitions i see here. no wonder the world's so sick

  • wooooow... so malignant self love is a sign of mental disease? reminds me of so many whores.. i think at least 80% of people can be considered anti-social by the definitions i see here. no wonder the world's so sick

  • O.U.T.S.T.A.N.D.I.N.G. ! ! !

Combine this disease with undiagnosed money addiction

[Olds J., Milner P. (1954) "Positive reinforcement produced by electrical stimulation of septal area and other regions of rat brain". J Comp Physiol Psychol 47 (6): 41927.]

and you've got the two main causes, destroying reciprocal altruism/the Golden Rule, which is the foundation of any sane community.

  • Bull shit there's nothing wrong with any of these behaviors other than "Some" Substance abuse. Which I find in cannabis which has proven to be no more dangerous than aspirin.

  • Interesting video, thanks for posting.

I've recently begun to hate everyone and completely reject authority. I have no set views and instead disagree with virtually anything anyone says. I also honestly hope for anarchy to consume western society and for an apocalypse.

I do however feel immense remorse at directly doing bad things, and I wouldn't even consider hurting a fly.

I do however fantasize about killing ect, but would never do it. Just as some women fantasize about being raped.

  • I'm infatuated with a beautiful sociopathic woman. So my life is over, basically.

  • no its not dude, shes gonna leave you after she broke you and never look back. after a few years when you rebuild yourself she might come back and break it all down again though....trust me on this one haha.

  • I consider myself anti-social, but only outside of work. At the office, I socialize, because it's required. Do I believe I "suffer" from a disorder? Hell no! You can believe all the scientific explanations, but it's my choice.

    Do I "hate" people? No!

I'm just tired of sharing thoughts, feelings, beliefs, etc. with others. I rely only on myself to survive.

BTW, Technology is affecting the way people socialize daily. Eventually, people won't need to talk face to face...ever!

  • I think you're mistaking anti-social tendencies, with the actual personality disorder. ASPD is someone that harbors absolutely no feelings of empathy (remorse, guilt, shame, regret) so they have no moral understanding or depth that most people have. Wanting to be alone, or feeling tiresome of other people is being asocial towards society.

  • You're thinking introversion, not asocial...

  • i knew a demented whore in highschool who had ASPD! even after 5 years i'm still sorry that i didn't move to another highschool.. people must understand that mental disorders are extremely dangerous! these shitheads got to be eliminated from society

  • Well you're nice.

  • nyl you know absolutely nothing of what transpired during all 4 years in highschool with that psychopath! and no, i don't have time to explain either. all i'm going to say just to give you a mere idea of what happened, is that 3 years ago she and her father broke into my house, beaten and stabbed me. somehow they found out my parents were not at home and planned all this murder attempt.. and no, i didn't do anything to her or her family. it's a crazy world out there..

  • I don't feel remorse or guilt but I don't have conduct issues or use people.

  • So anyone that you've caused tremendous pain, you've felt nothing? No guilt for being the cause of their suffering?

  • yeah I called some one a ratface because he looked like a rat he told the teacher and the teacher didn't believe him so he got a detention for false accusations and didn't feel guilt. But I never had a conduct disorder and I don't use ppl and have many friends.

  • yeah I called someone a rat because he looked like a rat he told the teacher and the teacher didn't believe him so he got a detention for false accusations and didn't feel guilt even though I knew I was the reason.. But I never had a conduct disorder and I don't use ppl and have many friends. also I know he really hates detentions like REALLY hates them

  • You'll know if you ever have to deal with a truly APD individual. Believe me.

  • Oh yes. They'll talk to you like they're Judge-F'ing-Dredd, not Roy the milkman who's been jailed for pouring petrol through the cornershop letterbox after they short changed him.

  • props on all the info you had to look up/type/speak. i fit symptoms aswell :| lol but its good to know people with this are classified as smart with high iq and manipilitive tactics ;]

  • great video. very informative. i just wish that guy could talk faster. i don't have all day. : )

  • Comment removed

  • You can actually, some psychiatrist say that you only need three of the symptoms to have this disorder, but others thing there are additional ones (i.e., superficial charm) to really warrant the label of psychopathy.

  • I think i'm anti social, i fit every symptom

  • First, DSM is not a religious text and is fallible. Second, it assumes the disorder is inherently in the individual when we know from social psychology that a great deal of pathology is generated through situations, particularly, social or cultural upbringing. Third, there is nothing inherently wrong with being asocial. As we can see from cultural variation. Forth, I claim social pathology is due to norms of conformity and pluralistic ignorance which are themselves highly pathological in nature.

  • great vid, i tipp my hat for you.

  • Sounds like a culture induced thing: the individual's views on what kind of views are governing in the society result in an adabtation to that tough world. The shortcomings of the systems are seen by the ASPD person as intentional evil deeds, the aim of school at objectivity as a refusal to listen to feelings, the success of tools as an attack on the human nature, the tough sides of life as a reason to turn to a calculating machine like person.

Cure the society: read my books:paradisewillwin inf

  • For fuck's sake! This would have been a great video but make it into two parts! You were talking like a damn auctioneer!

  • very informative vid.

    lmfao (5:12)

  • very good

  • this is almost exactly like me, but ive also heard that your brain trys to relate the things your hearing to you life in some way when it actually has nothing or not very much true

  • Somebody with this has told me I have this and after seeing this, I would say it's possible. I'm not a complete prick though like this video portrays people with ASPD. I do do a lot of hednonistic type shit though.

  • this doesnt sound like brainwash whatsoever. not in the slightest.

  • I'm psychopathic because I never talk to people?

    Sweet. 8D

  • did you even pay attention?

That is one symptom of a list that is nessisary, it is not a sufficient symptom. Some people with disorders dont talk to people, and some do. Some people without disorders never talk to people and some do.

before you try diagnosing yourself or others, read a book or take a class on psychology.

There's a reason professional psychologists are certified and licensed

  • @maexuwil the psychological profesion is too biased, they only document and understand barely anything thats going on with these people, they only see whats on the outside, they create a mold that people with this problem may or may not fit into whether they actually have it or not, and almost every psychiatrist and psychologist i met in my entire life was either brainwashed or a sociopath themselves and horribly misinformed. i think the profession is useless and does more harm than good.

  • @1787dude Thats why I believe 80% of people get into psychology. Possibly unknowingly trying to figure out whats wrong with them. I have known psychology majors and all have shown signs of being a little screwed mentally.

  • @scumgod13 sociopaths all indirectly work together...its creepy. if you piss off one, a totally unrelated other one will show up and fuck you over in another way. piss one off piss them all off. its weird and creepy and its happened to me on and off for the past few years...they like to infiltrate any position of power. psychiatric, government, doctors lawyers. its ridiculous, sometimes ill go to like the store or something and abunch of antisocial cases will all be there for no good reason.

  • the psychological profession is too biased, they only document and understand barely anything that is going on with these people, they only see whats on the outside, they create a mold that people with this problem may or may not fit into whether they actually have it or not, and almost every psychiatrist and psychologist i met in my entire life was either brainwashed or a sociopath themselves and horribly misinformed. i think the profession is basically useless and shouldnt be respected at all

  • Am I alone in thinking that Earth is an INSANE place?

I don't want to be like everyone else, does that mean I'm antisocial?

  • No, the world is just screwed, as u can see...

  • Do you think its possible for the World to "straighten out"?

  • i think that this video describes me

and i also think that the world will not likely straighten out until we are ultimately face to face with exstinction

  • by that time, we will most probably be dead, so should we just "live for today", and start selling crack to children and stealing from old people?

Is that worse than what Israel is doing to Gaza?

  • ask me again in 5 years cause I'm not sure yet.

  • Fuck it, you can make a lot of money in 5 years so Im guna start selling weed.

(its worth more than gold in my country)

  • seriously? that's awesome.

  • LOL yeah, depending on the weed;

    14carat GOLD = £6.00 per gram

    WEED = £10.00 per gram

Money DOES grow on trees, that's why weed is illegal.

  • lol i grow hemp but thats about it =o

  • lol that's amazing!

You can almost live off "Hemp".

It can be used as clothing, paper, building materials, insulation for your home, a form of fuel, biodegadable plastics, health foods and a natural fertiliser for soil.

Hemp obviously produces oxygen, and has anti-toxin effects on the body.

It has been used as far back as 10,000 years ago and can be grown on 80% of the Earth's surface.

The "powers-that-be" will never let you learn that in school.

  • that's why I grow it.

    =D

    so many uses.

  • thank god (not literally lol) for the internet and attitude

  • who r the guys at 4:31?

  • Meet the Bebees. Father Floyd, 48, and his son Justin, 21, were arrested last year (on different dates) in central Florida. As you can tell from the below mug shots, the Bebees are forehead tattoo enthusiasts.

  • lol this is ridiculous. Society is built by lunatics, and when you dont do what they tell you, they portray YOU as the lunatic. The only reaction you have to this system is to take over and dominate the world THEY created for you. You work in and move up, seperate yourself from others, and make yourself a being that is unparalelled by its peers. You either dominate or are dominated, thats LIFE. I didnt make the rules, but I live by them.

  • this is correct

  • therefore, you fit the profile... HELLO.

  • I 'BLAME' SOCIETY!!!

  • Bullshit! this is not true! i feel just as normal as you do

  • very informative

  • The worst behaviors are :

    1. Blame

    2. Denial

  • I think the next DSM should have a higher age range for PD diagnoses.

I was a rotten child and teenager and once I hit 18 I was slapped with this label, I grew up with ADHD/Bipolar Disorder and it wasn't when I was manic. At 25, I felt sick (guilt) when I did something wrong once and since then I have had that diagnosis ruled out. I did a lot of selfish rotten things and some of my views are still sort of like that but I have no adult criminal record and I am in college & work and grew up.

  • I was a bed wetter and set fires. The animal thing was the opposite, I have always been an animal lover, I used to terrorize the kids that were mean to animals growing up actually. I also had mania and ADHD issues too since I was 8 so it may be connected to that, as well.

I think it is a legit diagnosis but I think it shouldn't be applied right at 18 either.

  • Sound like you are just Misanthropic

  • i would also possibly include parents in the sessions, dependant on the situation, often it is usefull for me to observe the parents interactions with the children. I am not able to prescribe mediaction however, i can only recomment said action. i have to rely on an m.d we have on call.

  • you also must recognise the oversubscription of a diagnosis of apd, rather than depression or just plain abberant behaviour as a result of parental influences. Talking therapys often will allow the patient to come to some understanding of their condition as much as the therapist, however this is only practical as budget allows frequently authoritys want the magic bullet.

  • i have been told by several people that they think i am one of those people but my argument is you cannot tell someone how they feel. what if i really do feel bad and just don't feel it necessary to let anyone know. Like i do things that my girl friend doesn't like and when i get cought she trows a big fit and i just remain completely calm and assure her i am sorry. but she doesnt believe me.

  • Well, no one can know what someone else truly feels inside, and as humans we can only speculate as to the sincerity of anyone's apology. Although, as someone once told me, the most sincere form of apology is an honest effort change the offending behavior. Did you try taking that "The Unburdened Mind" test? It might give you some idea. Neither I, nor your girlfriend are qualified to tell whether you have something like ASPD or not, for that you need an expert opinion.

  • @idolessamerica69 i think your friends are right

  • Any person can feel that they have made themselves to look foolish and have lost face in the eyes of others; which is a kind of embarrassment. For example, an antisocial person might be embarrassed if they said or did something that made other people think think were stupid; but that embarrassment would be from losing face, not from feeling any true shame for their actions.

  • i beleive the populist trend toward assigning psycopathic personalitys toward corperate leaders is erroneous. Much like extremist beleifs ,corperations allow indivduals to band together toward a common goal. Any socially destructive behaviour can be examined as loyalty to the company . Also you are discounting, childhood factors or social conditioning. In business school they read battlefield manuals. And the Mcdonald triad has been discounted now as a poor indicator of anti social personality.

  • I don't pretend to be an expert, I only know what I've read, and it could be wrong. Now from my reading, not all antisocial people have the Macdonald triad, but almost all people with the triad tend to become antisocial. Yes, operate and social conditioning have great influence; hence the link to people raised with other sociopaths or in overly controlling schools. I think when someone victimizes people under the guise of corporate loyalty or profit, that is typical anti-social behavior.

  • as a practising therapist myself i am somewhat familier with such disorders. i disagree with some of your outdated facts and hazy conclusions. But dont want to critisize a fellow proffessional.

  • I got to thinking today that you do have a point; specifically about growing up in a different moral culture with different learned behavior. I read a book as a child called, "Redshift: Extreme Visions of Speculative Fiction", and one of the short stories in that book was about a society where people were raised to be violent and cruel to each other, in fact, kindness was illegal, and it was the people who were nice to each other who were considered strange.

  • Watch the video.

  • soo.. if you're manic, then you can get psycopathic symptoms? Is it possible to have split personality with Bipolar, with one side being caring, and the other side being a sociopath? or would that just be mania anyways?

  • A Bipolar Type 1 person may cycle between depressive symptoms and manic outbursts. However, even if a Bipolar person had manic outbursts, that person would still feel guilt over what they did when the mania ended. A person with Dissociative Identity Disorder may assign one personality to do the things the other personalities can not (like hurt people) and another personality to be the guilt bearer. So in away, that could be similar to ASPD, but not quite the same.

  • Yeah, I'm pretty sure I feel awful after I do things in mania. I'm not 100% sure though since my emotions are all over the place, and sometimes I think I do evil things to people on purpose, but subconciously even though I don't know why I do it. Is it possible to be like that without even knowing it?

  • The general rule is that if you can feel genuine guilt and remorse; feel truly sorry for people you've hurt and not for how hurting people has you (like losing a friend or losing a job) then it is not ASPD. There is a good article called "The Unburdened Mind" (look it up on Google) which explains this better and has a mini-test for ASPD. I'd be happy to answer anymore questions you have. Hurting people during a manic episode is not uncommon, but things can be done to help with that.

  • Yeah. I have a girlfriend and I believe she has ASPD. She goes on her pills and she's alot better. When she's not on dem, she's cold, doesn't have feelings or remorse for others feelings, and doesn't know right and wrong. I truley feel sorry for any female who has this and for any guy who is going out with someone who has this problems. If you don't know, you better take notice, cause they never chnage. They fucked 4 life unless they're not on dem.

  • @KVC1989KB My sister has ASPD and the lesson I learned in dealing with a person who has this condition is to STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
