We landed by Griffin helicopter 100m from the top and climbed the rest on June 1st 2011, on our way back to Eureka. It's indeed a really special feeling being so high and so remote.
Wow! That looks incredible. I would love to climb that mountain too, but sadly, I'm too afraid! All of the crevices and hidden holes are a bit scary for me!
What a great surprise to see this here. I climbed Barbeau in 1998 in a group of 6, and can't imagine I'll be anywhere so remote again in my life. Incredible place. So nice to have seen this. Dan Bennett
