i think this Obama's idea and goal of nuclear-free world is naive (if sincere) and dangerous for Russia definitely. working on AMDS was never stopped. so, one day capacities of american AMDS may be higher than number of russian nukes and that's it for Russia.

another point, having had superiority over Russia in conventional weaponry NATO and US want to cut tactic nukes. of course, Russia should not do that in order to keep NATO in check.
