  • George seems like the kind of guy that would make his last song go under another person's album. always living for others.

  • you can tell that he is getting weak

  • GREAT song. one of his last, and they say it is his last one. you might want to check out sam brown's rendition of this on the george harrison tribute concert a year after he died. she stole the whole show (from paul mccartney, ring starr, eric clapton, jeff lynne, tom petty, and many others.

  • I feel like dancing!!! :)

  • This would have been much better ten years earlier. It's a pity.

  • George did play guitar on this, his final work

  • @searcher57 i dont think he could play he was too weak at the time

  • @wweecwcollin

This is correct. He only sang, he didn't do anything else.

  • @wweecwcollin I have read different versions on the recording of this song. Some say George did the guitar solo, some say he wasn't able to, so Jools Holland got a session guitarist to do a George-style solo. Only Dhani and Holland know for sure, and they aren't saying.

  • This was the last song George recorded, shortly before his dead.

  • Beautiful drawing's....<3 Harrison <3

  • The Lady who sings is Sam Brown

  • That's it isn't it? Awesome balls to the walls vocal from a guy who had little left. Awesome track, and Sam Brown killed it (in a good way) at the concert for Geroge a year later.

  • Yes, Ringo is on this track and the song was written by George and his son Dhani.

  • @Beaneke Ringo is not on the track

  • Is Ringo on this trak?

  • love this song....keep trying to download it from somewhere but no luck. He was my favorite Beatle

  • i wish george could have played guitar on this song.

  • 200 times I've listened trhis song and each time better&better!!!

  • I luve you george harrison XD

  • Amazing Song!

  • Nice posting. I can play a little but draw naught.

Wonder how many songs he and Dhani wrote? trivia....anyone? how would we find out. Let's go to Friars and ask...sounds like fun to me.

  • Sam Brown has an awesome voice with so much soul. She is also the daughter of one of George's best friends Joe Brown.

  • Love this song (:

In the goodbye concert the lady who sung this blew me away.

    Amazing lyrics/ music.

  • Her name is Sam Brown.

  • @pinklady3724 Sam Brown?

  • @cettina85 pinklady3724 wrote that Jools Holland sang it (Horse to the Water), but it was Sam (Samantha) Brown who sings it in the concert for George. Jools Holland plays piano on the song (both George's version and the concert for George version). Samantha Brown does sing a terrific version in the concert for George.

  • @aBeatleFan4ever oh dear... all these months I've been under the impression that it was Jools Holland... I had looked online to try to find some of 'her' music, &hadn't found any vids of 'her' singing either... lol... now I see why. I'm an idiot! I had watched the concert and only remember them introducing JH. *sigh* so it's thanks to Sam Brown I'm in love with the song! I'll look her up instead :) Thanks!!! :) sorry for the wrong info I'd given!

  • @cettina85 You can find Sam's music on Amazon.com. This was George's last vocal track, but was unable to play the guitar. Too ill.

  • @pinklady3724 I have the CONCERT FOR GEORGE on CD. I didn't see this song on it. I never heard this before. What concert are you talking about? Amazing he still played that good and chose such cheerful music so close to the end. I wish I could hear the lyrics a little better.

  • @Miracle490d it was the only track excluded from the cd !! its on the dvd though

  • @pinklady3724 yeah version they did at Concert for George was AMAZING!!!

  • Honestly, I think he did some better music (All Things Must Pass), but the drawings are priceless. Thank You.

  • george, inmortal!!

  • I agree with you.

  • very good music! the last of our friend. George, R.I.P.

  • The art is awesome!

  • I've tried to find draws and not pictures to do this little film.

It was pleasant to do it.

  • Some of your George's draws are awesome. The one at 2.59 creates the impression to be stared by him.

I've always thought that he had the most beautiful, enigmatic face i ever seen and, personally, i'm excited every time i try to draw his face. Thank you for this fine work

  • I'm very glad that you appreciate it.

  • @Beaneke You did well! :)

  • I like this song very much!!

And you made a very nice video, miusic saund is so good!!

    George is for ever!!

    Beatles are for ever too!!
