The white silicon probably has titanium dioxide as a colorant, where the black uses carbon black (I'm guessing). Maybe different plasticizers are used. But my guess is the different fit of the two is because of the TiO2 versus carbon black.

That seam is probably the parting line from the injection molding process. You have to be gentle with plastic. It can't be rigid and flexible at the same time.

your black one isn't working cuz its still sticky so it'll stick to the iphone as you try and put it on but the white one was perfect cuz u let that one sit for a bit in room temperature so it probably dried so the phone fit nice... so try letting this sit for a little then try it again see how it goes.

Got my neo a few weeks ago, so far so good. The silicone sleeve fit 1st time no problems and the rest worked like a charm. Maybe Switcheasy improved the design on the black?

The only issue I'm having is the headphone plug keeps falling out in my pocket. Only a little annoyance.

Also looked back over your old vids and found the Speck Candyshell, so ofcourse i got one on order: Black and yellow. Cant wait!

The Griffin wave for itouch 2g is the best ever made. It does scratch the chrome a little but it would be covered anyway. It has the hard silconish plasticish texture for the whole thing.

I have just got the Neo and yes the silicone seems a little thicker but you still get 2! Great stuff, easier to put on too, it took me like 20 secs no joke. Awesome case
