Sorry to have misled you.
However if we're being pedantic the title was "Extreme Pragliding", not "Extreme Paraglider", referring to the activity not the kit. As I understand it skydiving is when you jump out of a plane, then open your chute. Paragliding is where you take off from the land with the chute already inflated, fly around, then land again. That would make this paragliding I think.
The official name for this kind of paragliding is apparently "Speed Gliding" (so we're both wrong!)
