Yea, fuck the 2.7tt. When you can go get a long block 12v vr6 anywhere for under 600 bucks, its a no-brainer. The VR6 has always been a boost friendly motor. the main reason why you don't see any big numbers out of them is because vw transmissions dont hold over 400whp very well.

I still would love to throw the new 3.6l 24v VR into a b5 with a big snail.
