@JACUTARN It doesn't seem efficient to you, because you do now understand and or taught the purpose of it. There is so much to the art part than meets the eye. You are thinking just like Bruce Lee who thinks the art part is useless, but he himself don't know how useless his jeetkindo.
i wish someone could teach me this . i'm practicing kyokushin and it kinda seems inefective in a real situation ( not sparring or a competition ) . or maybe my sensei is not that good :-< ...

Thats 100% classical wing chun.
1. Tan Da
2. Bong, Lap and Rolling punch
3. Gan sao and punch
4. Biu
5. Pak Sao
everything after that is art and not that effeicient.
