When you accelerate from slow speed in the Crown Vic PI, does the transmission make a loud straining sound? Does with my 2004 and I seem to hear that same sound in your video and in other Crown Vic PI's. My transmission seems fine in shifting gears; just gives out that loud straining sound. Same with you?

I"m lookin at a 99 crown vic PI but with a street appearance package $2550 powder blue. figure buy it, put on a cold air intake, flowmasters, change the grill to honeycomb style instead of three bar, get rid of the hubcaps and get the black outer and silver center hub ones and get in painted glossy black and maybe swap out the headlights and taillights for marauder ones.
