As I happened to be pretty into the Beast Wars scene when those were big here in the states, one thing I can add to the whole kibble definition is that the Beast Wars era bug-based TFers were the KINGS of kibble. Transmetal Waspy, Tarantulas and Scavenger/Inferno are the poster boys for that. The bug legs just... don't go anywhere!
of course the real kibble kings were from the beast wars. when you have a figure that just has the parts of a rhino hanging of its butt (as BW rhinox does), there we have a kibble king. although animated blitzwing and those tank tracks take some beating. cant wait for review no. 62, thew. wow, so much of that sentance rhymes....
ahh, the good old kibble fight. you'll find that those back flaps on bulk head are actually his own personal chair, and on the leader clas figure, IT WORKS. it's awesome, he has in own unique mode; sitting in my own body chair mode XD
i hate to be "that guy" and kinda pedantic about the whole kibble thingmy.. but if ya look at animated sentinel prime and ROTF mixmaster their Kibble is actually part of the design.. well some of it at least. sentinels back-bonnet-thing is actually on his animation model.. as are mixmasters wheels. although that cab thing is daft.. i mean he looks like he's wearing a rump.. you know one of those things women wore in "ye olde dayes" to make their bum look big.however much love coming your way!
As for the kibble, aye, it's very much up to personal interpretation. To me, Kibble only counts if it is not just hanging randomly, but also gets horribly in the way. For example the rear end of the Armada Seekers or BW Depth Charge.
Zach seems like a cool kid! I think my new favoratest kibble is Legends Scrapper from ROTF. He has Smokestack nips for kibble. GF Review coming soon lol
