I have downloaded allready installed Debian on Vmware Player from here

Installing on VirtualBox is wasting of time. You cant use it at work without license.

I though Debian used Gnome GUI. Do you need to download Gnome post-installation?

If you want to install Debian without an Internet connection, you will have to download a DVD. I used the netinstall and a wireless connection.

Do you have to have internet to do some of the installations?

I have broadcom for example, do you think I'll run into a problem without hooking it up to an Ethernet first?
