Furude Rika (she loses it at times, but still) from Higurashi.

Lady Bernkastel (keeping in mind she was also at the end of Higurashi Kai when she "curved the bullet") from Umineko.

Have to say about Aizen, he was cool at the beginning, but his quality started dropping.

To be honest, Hazama of Blazblue is like Aizen a bit, but he has an awesome personality, trolls everyone and likes it. A combination of Affably Evil, a Magnificient Bastard and Complete Monster.

Honestly dude, it took watching Darker Than Black Gaiden, then watching the dub of Seasons 2 THEN the dub of Gaiden to make the whole thing perfect. Trust me, I agree that Season 2 was shit. At first. Until I realized the music of season 2 was alot more epic, and the dub did it WAY more justice (same with Gaiden)

I disagree with Hei, he should have been a lot higher on the list in my opinion. Yes DTB 2 was not as good as the first season, no one is saying it is, it wasn't THAT bad, most of the complaints I get are about whats her name(name is escaping me atm) who replaces Yin pretty much. Also I disagree about the music, but that could just be me prefering techno to the jazzy sound.

Also, a lot of DTB fans consider the manga: Darker than Black: Shikkoku no Hana to be the actual true sequel to Season 1. The manga sequel took Hei's badassery and turns it up to 11. I don't know why Studio Bones haven't done it yet, but they could easily adapt this manga into a 12-13 episode season.
