In my economy all earthquakes are just that...earthquakes. When a big one is followed by smaller ones, they are aftershocks to the original quake. But they are earthquakes as well. It has not been proved, yet if earthquakes are increasing- Perhaps our ability to detect earthquakes has increased and we have consistently increased the amount of detection over time- Geological time frames are much larger than our time frames- Why would you think that earthquakes today are a sign of the end of the world (prophetically the end) ? Why would Israel have anything to do with earthquakes? Perhaps the "end of days" has been happening for 10,000,000 yrs?

I'm all for bashing Fox, but you’ve made quite a few errors. 5s only damage a small area. 6.0 earthquakes are equivalent to about 32 5.0s. Their reporting actually makes sense in this case considering that 17 6+ earthquakes had occurred and they counted 19 aftershocks (two "high" 5s could have been included). It all depends on how you define aftershock. In this case, their idea of "aftershock" seems to be 6 and above. There are 800 5s per year and they are not national news worthy.

@luckyfire3 Some would say that "last generation' began in '48 when they became a nation again, others when they got Jerusalem back in '67. I'd lean toward '48 when the "fig tree" brought forth leaves again. I'd also lean toward a 70 year generation. The last time in the Word dealt with a lifespan, it was "three-score and ten" or 70 years. Again, the most important thing is to be wise to the times, watch the "roadsigns" and be ready. @thecoffindodger I've been onto HAARP for a while. Sometimes its hard to tell when a quake is/isn't HAARP. But I think the most dangerous thing about it, is when nations may contribute quakes to it that aren't caused by it. Having this technology puts the U.S. in a dangerous place for having it. Of course, it puts everyone else in danger of us using it:( But messing up Japan intentionally would have certain "benefits" for the tyrannical, world government, NWO haters in our borders. stay free!

The thing is, small earthquakes belong in local news. If a car crashes, If a tornado touches down, or if there's an avalanche you won't always hear about it. If there's a large forest fire you will. Why? Is it a failure of the news media? No. All these events are fairly frequent and you will only hear about them on national news if they cause a notable disruption such as travel disruption. Someone in New York doesn't care that LA got a minor quake. It's just not important to them.

@JackWisps No Jack, the thing is they WERE reporting on the aftershocks. They said that there had been 19 when there had been wayyyy more than that. Also, the aftershocks weren't small. My problem isn't that they were not reporting about the quakes, it is that they didn't report the truth when the DID report it. I'm still not sure why some people are having a hard time with that concept. thanks for taking time to comment regardless.

I understand they should report the number correctly and agree, I was aiming more at why they don't report on the 800+ earthquakes you mentioned. That difference is nation effect. If it effects the nation, you hear and are updated about it on national news. If not, it's local news material.

@JackWisps I understand what you are saying. But as I mentioned in the vid, a quake in China the size of the Japan "aftershocks" (5.0-7.1) took out 1,000 buildings. The aftershocks weren't small or normal in my opinion. I think the abundance of them was strikingly abnormal. I appreciate your dialogue. I think it makes sense for governments (though I think it is wrong) to lessen the brunt of the truth to an ignorant populace to avoid mass chaos. That is the catch 22 today. BUT! While I don't want certain entities to carry out their lie infested agendas, I've always been a bit leary about everyone knowing everything. For me to correctly state how many earthquakes are in an area via USGS data or lying about it is no more/less difficult. you have to understand that the richter scale is a logarithmic scale, each numerical value is 10 times stronger than the previous one. so the 8.9 quake was at least 100 times stronger, maybe closer to a 1,000 times stronger than the 6.0 aftershocks. relatively speaking, these aftershocks were insignificant to the damage that had already been done. i never understand why the media makes such a big deal over 6.0's, like New Zealand, because they really aren't that big a deal..

As much as I hate FOX NEWS and a agree, they do stretch the truth.. I think saying all media is like this is nothing but fear mongering.  Media will only report what EXPERTS report.. Some joe on youtube is not always an expert.. Mainstream media, requires a government official, or someone who has a proven track record. No true expert can predict earthquakes yet that is proven and licensed.. If they report some whacks ideas and they prove later to be wrong, they look stupid.
