hey man, musically this is blues music, in my opinion because it uses the chords Eminor Aminor and B7, However with all musical genres there are very fine dividing lines. Most of my mates and myself refer to this stuff as Blues Jazz.

Its blues music with a slow swingy rythym. If you like this check out Summertime by Billie Holliday, or Motherless Child by O.V. Wright.. even check the version of summertime that was sung by Sam Cooke, that has got a real Al Capone Drinking den feel to it also.

I think I can honestly call this...the coolest of cool! I was watching a pbs special on the golden age of the big bands when this particular sexy Cab Calloway video came into my scene!
