What a lag. I am profound with writing Japanese using stylus. I have a Pocket PC and it is very useful. The lag is a little bit better than this one. It makes me remember Genius tablet for PC. I will check the speed of the stylus before i buy a tablet. This one sux
The lag between the pen movement and the appearance of the "ink" would drive me nuts. I've used technologies like this but unless you're really slow at touch typing it's not much use. Admittedly, it is handy if you're using a program where you are predominantly using a stylus (eg Photoshop).
I have this computer, But I haven't been able to get it to recognize any Japanese in the writing section x_x

you see the guy writing and then the lines appear...the pc isn't capable of processing the info comming from the screen as fast as he is writing

I don't have that problem on mine, also an HP running Vista.
Never had the problem on my 7 year old PocketPC running Japanese WinCE either.

I have a Gateway CX2620, and I don't think it's much faster with an active digitizer.
