Capitialism, as rewarding as it is for the intelligent, the truth is not everyone really can be doctors and lawyers. And we having a growing class gap between the greedy wealthy and the needy poor. Capitalism isn't perfect either. Communism just rewards everyone as people. If everyone doesn't believe it it won't work. So it's impractical but only unfair by our standards.

Also, democracy tends to fail when there are more than two political parties that gain significant support in an election, leaving a party to become the tie breaker allowing them to gaining political favors and blur the line separating who is in charge. ex. Israel.

Communism, as Marx intended it to be, is known as "Utopian Communism" (characterized by the complete disintegration of the government). It was successful in tiny agricultural communities across north eastern Europe. IMO bobbybushae339 is absolutely right that communism is highly impractical +1 for that, however I do feel that capitalism with sufficient protection for workers (aka labor unions) is equally good.

Communism only looks good on paper. If it worked as it was intended, everyone would be a communist. Turns out, communism can be used as a dictatorship instead of a utopian society. In early America, like Jamestown, the utopian society was part of life. Somewhere down the line, incentives started to come about and the colonies started to blossom. Point being, you go nowhere with communism, just settle where you are.

Well that's because we've grown up with capitalism as the norm. We're all so used to it that it's weird to do anything else. Capitialism, as rewarding as it is for the intelligent, the truth is not everyone really can be doctors and lawyers. And we having a growing class gap between the greedy wealthy and the needy poor. Capitalism isn't perfect either. Communism just rewards everyone as people. If everyone doesn't believe it it won't work. So it's impractical but only unfair by our standards.

No one really knows really, Rage said because of changes in their views and oppositions. Some say it might have happend because of what Timmy did when he crashed Limp Bizkit when they won the Best Music Video for the MTV Awards, but RATM denied that it had nothing to do with that.
