@Agus013013 dont worry about chest muscles. Just work on getting up your lifting weights and if your doing it to be stronger and healthier work on high reps to build muscle endurance. That way as you move up weight your muscles will become more resistant to lactic acid build up and will help you intensify your workouts while being able to increase their pace as well.

To me you looked just as good before as you did after. Not that there wasn't a big change, you did very well, but just because, like most girls, I wasn't looking at your chest and arms, but at your face. man...i could see those results in 3 weeks. People get this thing in their minds that its impossible to get jacked quick but its not. Maybe some people have shitty genetics but I know when I take 6 months off working out and get back in the gym, I'm ripped again in 3 weeks. Work out as hard as you can 5 days a week, 2 protein shakes a day, and stuff your face with healthy food. No excuses. You have to literally try to get bigger every day, don't just go through the motions.
Yeah, its easier when youve done it before though, the first time is the hardest, I let myself go for awhile, I didnt really get puny but I had quite a gut on me, u can see in one of my work out vids that I was getting pretty out of shape, but Ive lost most of the gut, and Im trying to focus on my upper body now, I wanna try some muscle milk, it sounds gross, but if it works, it might be worth the 3 bucks a pop.
I took muscle milk for like a week, and um i got stretch marks on both my biceps, which is good n bad, but i stopped after a week cuz my forearms felt like they were braking, as i was sittiing in algebra 2 class n as soon as i got off it stopd, but im prolly one in a million.
Workout people who assume everyone wants their opinion or gives a shit are so worthless and stupid. We have other things we do in life besides obsess over our diet. not alot of change, i worked once out everyday for 3 months my body changed alot more( generaly because my body containts naturaly alot of testrone then the everage person)
Cool video. Some tips though. Work more on your chest and stomach/core, and show the individual photos for a shorter period of time to give a better sense of flow through the photos. As things stand right now, I feel it gets choppy and somewhat annoying.
