@indychristin  Yes I will be sticking with a more humorous format in the future. This video was really intended just to get the information and the story behind it across. And I strongly encourage anyone who watches to double check the information I put out, my whole objective here is to be informative and share my weight-loss journey with people. but to answer you question I will be trying to stick with the humor.....
