@ebnoyrah Finding eyelet tool/eyelets aren't too hard: I believe you can get them at any crafty store . I believe they are cheap, too. Other people use grommets for their corset, because unlike eyelets, grommets tend to be used for more "heavy duty" purposes. Hope this helps.
