I created and founded my own wood working business called RBCreations, and belive me when i tell you this...NO ONE in my company is replaceable and 98% of the ppl who work for me is family. Its cold,but true. There is always some one better and some one that who does better work that you.Sad but true.When you leave a shop with grace like Vinnie did, it leaves the door open if down the road he wants/they want him to come back.Body shops and Bike shops is a very,very small world!! Burn NO bridges!!! Stuff happens, and in weird ways.Ive seen it go like this vid.and ive seen go way worse.Ive left shops like Vinnie and years later go back.
The shop environment is tough. I do auto body work for a living, and the stresses of work quality, tight deadlines, the workers, the bosses,etc can wear on a person. So much to the point that the worker is unhappy ,and that affects EVERYONE including the boss/owner of the shop.And when that happens, its best for everyone that the worker moves on to other things.I usually stick around for 3-6 years then its on to the next thing.And it is tuff, you make friends, and when you leave,its tuff.
I think there's more to mikey than what you see. he's a pretty smart guy who just keeps it a little too loose at times...but often times that's what's needed around two very explosive people.
He has his own shop now, he works with Cody. it's called Vforce custom. they actually have built some pretty sweet bikes !!! I even think they are going to start a show similar to American Chopper soon.
Vinnie was the man! Pretty much the most talented one and basically the only reason I watched the show, he amazed me every episode with his knowledge and all round mad fab skills etc. don't think I'll keep watching now, love the bikes still... he was definitely part of the family at OCC...like another brother for Mikey anyway haha I'm sure he could have been offered more money or atleast been more appreciated for all his hours and work he put into the company, bullshit ay!!! sucks bigtime!!

Wow, I'm late in finding out. I just saw a show last night w/o Vinnie and did a search. I've watched the show from the beginning. It's obvious how it's affecting all 3 Teutuls (going to their heads) and it's also obvious where Paul Sr. spreads the money. Both Vinnie and Cody left and formed V-force custom. It's the smartest thing for these two young men to do. The bikes O.C.C. builds are over rated/over priced plus unsafe. I also watched American Choppers from the beginning... getting stale now days. But O.C.C. made a lot of money from doing all these shows and people buying their merchandise. I hope this is the last season... like I said it's getting stale!

I created and founded my own wood working business called RBCreations, and belive me when i tell you this...NO ONE in my company is replaceable and 98% of the ppl who work for me is family. I value everyone here. The way paul sr treats his family and his employees is BULLSHIT. I have a motto that i made and hung on the wall when you 1st walk in the door ..... Its cold,but true. There is always some one better and some one that who does better work that you.Sad but true.When you leave a shop with grace like Vinnie did, it leaves the door open if down the road he wants/they want him to come back.Body shops and Bike shops is a very,very small world!! Burn NO bridges!!! Stuff happens, and in weird ways.Ive seen it go like this vid.and ive seen go way worse.Ive left shops like Vinnie and years later go back.

The shop environment is tough. I do auto body work for a living, and the stresses of work quality, tight deadlines, the workers, the bosses,etc can wear on a person. So much to the point that the worker is unhappy ,and that affects EVERYONE including the boss/owner of the shop.And when that happens, its best for everyone that the worker moves on to other things.I usually stick around for 3-6 years then its on to the next thing.And it is tuff, you make friends, and when you leave,its tuff.

He has his own shop now, he works with Cody. it's called Vforce custom. they actually have built some pretty sweet bikes !!! I even think they are going to start a show similar to American Chopper soon.

Vinnie was the man! Pretty much the most talented one and basically the only reason I watched the show, he amazed me every episode with his knowledge and all round mad fab skills etc. don't think I'll keep watching now, love the bikes still... he was definitely part of the family at OCC...like another brother for Mikey anyway haha I'm sure he could have been offered more money or atleast been more appreciated for all his hours and work he put into the company, bullshit ay!!! sucks bigtime!!

~like many of us out there I have been a fan since day 1,I still watch the show and still enjoy it although not as much now Vinnie has gone.The Teutels have moved on to bigger horizons now just a shame that the real deal people that got them to where they are now ar'nt still there to reap some reward for all their hard work~no doubt Vinnie will be a success in his own right good luck to him,but the show still ain't the same~god help them if Rick goes aswell !

Based on most of the comments about Vinnie's departure I would have to say that Vinnie and Cody and Rick are "us" and the Teutels are "them." Most people seem to relate to the working stiff putting up with the insane schedules and vicissitudes of management and having no control over their working day. Here's an optimistic theory: Maybe Vinnie made enough money working there that he could afford to take and indefinite leave of absence. I, like most viewers, wish him well.

I don't blame vinnie one bit...the Teutuls are excellent with bikes but they have this stupid habit of fighting in front of the cameras. also they have this habit of fighting while others who are not involved are around. Vinnie took more than he should have...but he stuck it out as much as he could. now he's leaving to head his own business...good move for Vinnie. Bad for OCC. hopefully Rick and Cody may follow...shoot...maybe even Mikey would follow him.

Wow, I'm late in finding out. I just saw a show last night w/o Vinnie and did a search. I've watched the show from the beginning. It's obvious how it's affecting all 3 Teutuls (going to their heads) and it's also obvious where Paul Sr. spreads the money. I bet Mikey makes 20 times the money Vinnie does just for waddling around and coming up with lame jokes. Both Vinnie and Cody left and formed V-force custom. It's the smartest thing for these two young men to do. The bikes O.C.C. builds are over rated/over priced plus unsafe. I also watched American Choppers from the beginning... getting stale now days. But O.C.C. made a lot of money from doing all these shows and people buying their merchandise. I hope this is the last season... like I said it's getting stale!
