HDPE works alot better.. pvc is good for rails but boxes

i did this design with my skateboard box so i could just take the pvc off to skateboard it. id recommend the smallest pvc you can find on the top and the edges with 1 1/2 just a little bit below the top because on noseslides and tailslide the snowboard will sometimes bend down over the edge and its nice to have thicker pieces there for your edges
