Excellen - helped me on how to pull the flapper out. The ears stay on overflow tube and the flapper hooks that go over the overflow ears are flexible and should flex to come out from the ears.

I agree, expert village need to do 10 min video. I see some companies on you tube have 2 hours videos. Then expert village did not tell you the order of the video. You don't know which one to watch and what parts to do first and second. They are suck!!!

There are approx 14 videos of the same name uoloaded, how on earth is anyone supposed to know what order to watch them in, when they are not numbered ? Why dont you upload 10 min vids instead of 1 min vids ?

You took the words right out of my mouth....This is so annoying..specially all these videos from expertvillage. They spend 10 secs introducing themselves from expertvillage. Honestly When I see a video from expervillage I hit the back button and try to find another video to help my cause..

Ye I do exactly the same, hit the back button and search elsewhere, have you had a look at homeremodelworkshop videos I think they are quite good and the guy that presents them has a bit of savy not like half the expertvillage guys - seriously where do they find them ?
