I thought Charles was talking about a plant, I said to myself "It can't possibly be the house keeper with spacing between her teeth". What a jaw-dropper.
When I first finished the game... I thought master detective was the one who screamed.
Though there's kind of a contradiction. Here the Master Detective is very clearly a woman (or a small boy, but srsly) by the voice on the phone. However, in Dire Grove when you're searching the books in one of the hotel rooms the commenting character makes a reference to "There once was a man from Huntsville..." which refers to the Master Detective as a male. Thoughts?
No, that was the Queen on the phone. I believe she came to Fate's Carnival looking for Master Detective but, he/she left. The Queen then call him/her on the phone. The cat sees Charles and hissed at him. Charles (maybe) KILLED the Queen!!!!
who is the killer and who,anyway can u tell me how to beat it it would be really helpful at the last level when u have to match up the squares if u can tell me that or make a vid of it it would be awsome

Gah! I regret deleting this game from my computer, I never got through that stupid last puzzle and really ended the game...
