Well, I had shot it at 24 FPS just to get the feel of working at the classic "film" rate, and then decided to see what it would look like compressed in PAL, which is 25 FPS. The lucky bastards in Europe can shoot at 24 and compression in PAL just slightly stretches things... so little you can't notice. Or they can just shoot t 25, which is so close it don't make no nevermind.
You know, I COULD make region-free PAL DVDs...

... People could play them on their computers no problem... but I suspect too many people wouldn't be willing to go into the prefs for their default DVD software and set it up not to automatically open when you insert a disk and then download VLC. I could even include simple instructions with the DVDs.... but again, I doubt most people would get it.
*SIGH*... so... guess I gotta go back to shooting at 30. Oh well!
