Is there an advantage to knowing a big variety of turnovers? or is it just so you can pick out the ones you feel most comfortable with?

you have to know each one in order to use the one that is the most effective for the situation

@cardthrow18 Well i my experience the more you have the better your chance. I notice this when i go and train with black belts. you want to have a much at your use as you can or thats what i believe. But your right, i would not use one that is not comfortable to you. So you must train hard in the ones you want to use. i hope this has helped cardthrow18
