see you for 2012... Stephen didn't mean any thing by it when he said it, didn't even think about it. But its so sad in light of what happened. His life was cut so tragically short.

On a lighter note...

But seriously, husband, partner, really good friend with whom I plan on living for the rest of my life... It should just be what ever works for the people in the relationship. You don't need to psychoanalyze it.... well... maybe that last one could use some analysis.

It was said in an 'ironic' humorous way (and obviously taken as such). Fact is there is no 'official' name for a married partner of a gay man and if you choose to use the term 'hubby' that conjures up images of 'wife' does it not?
