About 4 years ago, a builder my dad used to freelance with was gunned down and two of his grandchildren were high school friends of mine as well (bear in mind I have many mutual HS friends with them as well) and the murder is unsolved so I feel your pain

This was a huge story in the UK as well. I remember reading about it when I was 11 and my sister was 5. She didn't understand and I had to try to explain why someone would do such a thing. The look on her face was tragic when she found out the baby didn't survive. She was heartbroken.

This story inspired me to bocome a police officer and give something back. And, I always pray for her on November 1st.

I remember this story, I lived right down the road when it happened. In fact, no lie, my moms friends car broke down over there at that food mart and so it was there the whole night and morning when the murder happened, the police thought the car was suspect, of course they investigated it and they realized it was just broke down.
