  • hahaha i notice that MrArcher0 hasnt acknowleged his mistake.....anyone reading the description of this video would have seen 300fps-slow motion!!! come on guys you need to be sure before you criticise!

  • Nice video :) I dun care for special gear like slings and weights for myself either, but tiz all good so stop whining people! Anyway good selection of music to, Vangelis is an amazing artist :D

  • Sorry but there is no way that arrow was even close to 200 fps let alone 300fps. LOL nice try!!!

  • @MrArcher0 No, the camera films at 300 frames per second.

  • lol perfect song for this

  • LOL

  • Super!

  • stupid three fingers under people

  • @Midnighter169 i have never shot 3 fingers under even when i started, lol

  • hurry up boy!

  • wow thnks 4 wastein 54 seconds of my life ASSHOLE!

  • what song is that

  • That really doesn't slow it down enough,

Thanks for the vid, now I know I would need a more serious highspeed camera for my needs...

  • Yo really nice bow! I had never seen one like that. What bow is it?

  • HEY! What´s that with all those bad ratings??? the vid is good, its a good shot IF YOU DON´T LIKE IT JUST DON´T WATCH IT!!!

  • @TagdesRagnaroek too bad i already watched it and it sucked. how am i supposed to know if i dont like it if i dont watch it? faggot.

  • Need a beter cam, that arow is damt to fast.

  • Go to Hallamston, North Carolina. First on the right.

  • nothing special at all....

  • What was the song used?

  • Chariots of Fire soundtrack.

  • Wow...I just started shooting with a 45# at 15...and its easy...

  • it could be amazing with 20.000 FPS cameras as they use in Time Warp :)

  • so epic!

  • good song

  • lol. That's a trainer bow. I was using that when i was 6.

  • 6 ? Lol... this bow have 18-30 lb...

  • Yeah... 5 years on from that I was using a 36 lb. I've just got a new one and cant remember what it is.

  • wow 5 years and 36lb, i'm 15 and i'm using 20lb xD

  • Big baby´s archery shooting ! LOL

  • 15 with 20 lb!?

  • you are full of shit!

  • @Soltification I think with 5 years you wasnt able to use 36 lb, a freind of my is shooting with about 35 lb and he got muscles like a bull!!?

  • yawn

  • which music is this?

  • Chariots of fire. Composer is named Vangelis.

  • they need a new target

  • I respect all archers so no negative critism intended. The sling the archer has arround his wrist is used to prevent the bow from falling out of his hand after the shot, as he may not grip the bow to prevent this because gripping would alter the aim.. 0:31 the archer closes his hand and grips the bow, clearly altering aim in the last split second before the arrow is shot.. thats an unconscious mistake wich will take lots of practise to undo.

  • @masterdurchgriff Does this aspect also apply to instinctive archers?

  • @TheRealBoof

well good question, one would think not because the aim is instinctive right.. but actualy its even more important in that case 'cause the 'instinctive' part is the eye-hand/release/timing-coordination;by gripping the bow you're using forearm and handmuscles to hold its weight and those will influence the flightpath of the arrow upon release.. However one could argue that same muscles could 'correct' a initial wrong aim instinctively.. True but in that case u can shoot blind also

  • @masterdurchgriff So it does but it sort of doesn't? lol

  • @TheRealBoof

It does (if you're trying to perfect your aim by reducing variables) but it doesn't matter if you're already relying solely on instinct anyway (when shooting a mongolian bow of a horse back f.e.)

  • @masterdurchgriff Okay, so it would help if I had sights and extra equipment on my bow and string, but it doesn't really matter if I'm firing the "good ol' fashioned" way. I think I understand now, thank you :)

  • @TheRealBoof

Very correct. And you can even go further by stating that if you truly excel at instinctive aim you do not need any extra equipment, on the contrary it would be a hindrance.. But on the otherhand the opposite is correct too, if you suck at it and need those tools to aim and stabilize your bow than using those correctly is even more important (thats why you can't grip your bow when using a sling as obviously you aren't relying on instinctive aim if you do use such tool)

  • "Feel free to leave comment or or give rate. This will be highly appreciate. "

Clearly he is not from the Internets.

  • ye i remember watchin that film ...they all run down the beach

  • whats the name of the song ? ( always associated with some sport enhance, clishe )

  • Vangelis - Chariots of Fire : -)

  • what is the archers paradox?

  • i think that was the biggest waste of my life so far!

  • Crap! I'm suffering from a severe case called ARCHER'S PARADOX. Could anyone help me?

  • When the perfect arrows fly forever, and you never have any perfect arrows?

    I know, right?

  • a stiiffer arrow should help your condition lol

  • nice shooting but your video seriously suck horribly...

  • a good shot, or a lucky one? You use a bow sling yet you still grab the bow at the point of release. keep your grip loose and let it swing, you'll see the difference!

  • this sucks.. teribly..

  • boring

  • hahaha typical happy movie song. I forget the name of it though.

  • chariots of fire

  • whats with the video jump at 0:30?

  • I guess the aiming took too long. It would have taken ages, until the arrow were shot..... it takes long enough anyway ;-)

  • 1* star but good music lol

  • i have this camera too, and it's great, but this video is not, well... great because you're recording to close to the bow and the arow

  • "That's "SLOW MOTION" genius, lol! 300fps from a bow is smoking fast and even with those skinny arrows he's using could probably skewer a deer or hog from 50 meters :D"

i wouldent be talking "genius". 300fps as in 300 frames per sec, not feet per sec

  • my gramma can spit out a pellet faster than that

  • That's "SLOW MOTION" genius, lol! 300fps from a bow is smoking fast and even with those skinny arrows he's using could probably skewer a deer or hog from 50 meters :D
