You can wave the "benefit' of going to jail, paying a ticket, having an attorney, CITIZEN SHIP etc. You CAN NOT be force to accept a benefit. If you do it is voluntary.

I have met a few people who are really good at this and even they will tell you it's a lot of work. Some judges are impressed, while others aren't so forgiving and will hold you to the same standard as attorneys, but EVERYONE should know their rights.

This judge is by definition insane. You do not need to file an application for the court to prove jurisdiction. You do not need to read or accept any papers handed to you unless they are descibed who they are addressed to (if in your strawman name then you accept jurisdiction under your strawman and they have you).
