I have a pedometer that has no turn off either. Its just weird. I have the instructions and there is no way to do it. It doesn't die though. Its been on for like 6 months so... i'm on nutrisystem too. I can't wait to see your results. I started like 4 days ago and in the last two days, i lost 4 lbs! good luck and keep us updated. I'm waiting for your next vlog mama!
hey girl, good luck! i'm on my own weight loss journey too.. and i am not joining a gym either. i don't like working out in front of people or having to drive somewhere to work out because then it's more of a hassle. i just go walking/jogging around my neighborhood and hiking with friends and stuff like that and it's working out great for me! =)
yup I'm doing pretty well so far just mostly walking and I'm gonna try some pilates today. MY goal for this week is to do cardio pilates at least three times a week and get over an hour of excersize at least. I'll work my way up. I've already lost 4 pounds within the last few days so I'm excited.
